Girish Capital helps entrepreneurs and operators fund what comes next, whether that’s a first location, location two or the next units in a franchise system. We invest alongside our own investors: angel investments with no minimum for smaller deals, and venture investments of $1 million to $5 million for larger ones. We also develop franchise locations, real estate and companies of our own.

Growth usually takes more than one source of money. We help clients put together the right mix: our own capital, private capital from qualified investors and family offices, and debt, whether SBA, conventional, private or mezzanine, so each location in the pipeline is funded on terms that fit it.

Our industry knowledge, relationships and investment experience go into every plan, and we keep capital available to support expansion as client companies grow.
